A free tool that takes the figures for a micro-entity company, derives the balance sheet they produce, and reports arithmetic and consistency problems with them. It is offered as it is, with no charge and no guarantee.

It is not accounting, tax or legal advice. It cannot know your circumstances. Anything that matters should be checked by someone qualified before you rely on it.

It does not file anything. Since 31 March 2026, UK accounts must be filed in iXBRL format through commercial software. This tool does not do that and is not trying to. Getting a clean result here does not submit anything to anyone, and does not mean a submission would be accepted.

It is not connected to any tax authority or registrar. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for HM Revenue & Customs, Companies House, the Internal Revenue Service or the Australian Taxation Office. Where their names appear, they identify whose rules or records are being referred to, nothing more.

Company details come from the Companies House public register and are their data, not ours. They may be out of date or wrong, and we do not check them.

A suggested website is a guess, worked out from the company’s registered name. It is regularly wrong and is labelled as a guess wherever it appears. Do not treat it as a statement that a company owns or is connected to a website.

The plain-English explanation and the company brief are generated automatically. They can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken. Read them as a starting point, never as a finding.

The figures are yours and so is what you do with them. Only use this for a company you are entitled to act for. Do not try to overload the service, work around its usage limits, or use it to bulk-collect data from the public register.

The service may change, break, or stop at any time without notice, and saved filings may be lost. Keep your own copy of anything you need.

To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of this tool, including penalties, interest, or a rejected or late filing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
